I had a dark tan and the colour was so light. I had to do my own tan on top as it hardly developed after the 8 hours. Staff were super lovely and friendly. But unfortunately I was really disappointed with the actual tan itself. Application and evenness was good, but was soooooo light. Especially as it was meant to be the darkest colour. Also there are lots of tanning salons with far more competitive pricing

Our tan technicians perform a colour matching consult for each client and choose the colour based on the information gathered. This is by no means the darkest solutions we have, however you specified an 8hr tan was preferred and it was explained the express tan options have much darker colours. We hope that you are happy with the free re-spray we did for you this morning. I had an express fake tan. After 3hrs I rinsed off as recommended. The colour I was left with was only a shade darker than what I already was. Was difficult to notice much of a difference. Wasn't worth the $45.

I have been a client of your clinic for spray tans for years and today was the first time i have ever been disappointed. After having my appointment time changed (withinin a few hours notice) by your staff, due to a vehicle accident involving a staff member in the carpark, i agreed to change of appointment time, no problem. However, when i arrived for my appointment(it was with Jasmin), whom i have never met before, she made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. She presented as someone with no time for me. I come to your clinic, occassionally, but only because you are located far from my home, however i know i send business your way because previously i have always loved results and have recommended many of my friends to you. I started coming to Celcius when Tan Ezy West Tce ceased I have been going there for other services too.I am not impressed. I am a person that never usually complains but am extremely disappointed with the service and my result today!!
